Terms of Use

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Termi platform, available at termi.fr and providing Discord bot hosting services. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.

Article 2 - Definitions

• "Termi" refers to the Discord bot hosting platform operated by Termi.
• "User" refers to any individual or organization with a Termi account.
• "Bot" refers to any software application hosted on Termi infrastructure and interacting with the Discord API.
• "Subscription" refers to the agreement granting access to Termi services under the selected plan.

Article 3 - Access to services

3.1 Account creation

Creating an account requires you to be at least 13 years old, in line with Discord requirements, and to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3.2 Bot responsibility

You are solely responsible for the code, content and behavior of the bots you host. Termi may suspend any bot that violates these terms or Discord rules.

Article 4 - Acceptable use

You may not use Termi to:

• Publish illegal, hateful or rights-infringing content.
• Send spam or mass unsolicited messages.
• Attack other systems through DDoS, brute force or abusive scraping.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run heavy compute workloads unrelated to a Discord bot.
• Store personal data without a valid legal basis or proper consent.
• Violate Discord terms of service.
• Bypass the technical limits included with your plan.

Article 5 - Subscriptions and payments

5.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros including applicable taxes where relevant. Termi may update pricing with reasonable notice.

5.2 Renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless explicitly cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case in accordance with the legal framework applicable to digital services.

Article 6 - Availability

Termi works to maintain high service availability except during planned maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

Article 7 - Termination

Termi may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a serious breach of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from your client area.

Article 8 - Limitation of liability

Termi cannot be held liable for indirect loss, business interruption or data loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Article 9 - Intellectual property

The Termi platform, its design, texts, trademarks and visual assets remain the exclusive property of Termi. The code and content of your bots remain yours.

Article 10 - Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
